Dr. Foley is a highly qualified obstetrician and gynecologist, with a passion for women's reproductive health. He received his medical degree from the prestigious Keck School of Medicine of the University Southern California, and his residency at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Foley is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics Gynecology, has been recognized by his patients with multiple Patients' Choice Awards and Compassionate Doctor Recognitions. Jessica Lariego, WH-NP
Jessica is a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing exceptional care. She earned her Nurse Practitioner license from Regis College in Boston and her BSN-RN from Chaminade University of Honolulu. Originally from Mililani, Hawaii, Jessica is a proud Oahu native and a mother. With extensive RN experience in pediatrics and mental health, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to women's health. Jessica is also skilled in medical aesthetics, offering services such as Botox, fillers, and microneedling with PRP. She is excited to continue contributing her expertise to Foley OB & Aesthetics and looks forward to helping you achieve your health and beauty goals.
Melannie Namoca, DNP-FNP
Melannie Namoca, DNP-FNP, is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner at Foley OB & Aesthetics. A proud alumna of the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa, Melannie earned her BSN and DNP-FNP degrees and brings valuable experience in geriatrics. Born and raised in Aiea, she is passionate about building meaningful connections with our patients and providing compassionate, personalized care. Melannie enjoys traveling, especially to Japan, spending quality time with friends and family, exploring beaches and hiking trails, and discovering new dining spots. Recently married, she looks forward to starting a family and is eager to expand her skills into medical aesthetics soon.
